Calling artists and makers of all kinds to table and sell work alongside our members during this two-day event. We are excited to showcase your work and welcome you to a weekend filled with demos, talks, and tours.

FEES:

Single Day Set Up (Saturday OR Sunday)……$50

Full Weekend Set Up (Both Sat + Sun) ……….$75

Event FAQs

Is your building accessible?

Unfortunately since we are located in a former school building, not all areas are fully accessible. All of our restrooms, and most studio spaces and event areas are only reachable via stairs. We do have outdoor tabling space that is stair-free. If you have accessibility needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to us in advance with any questions or requests.

When can I set up/breakdown?

Set up may begin up to two hours prior to each event day starting. We ask that you do not break down until after 4PM on Saturday or 3PM on Sunday. All break down must be completed by 5PM on each day. If you have any other set up/break down questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

What size are the tabling spaces that are provided?

We have partitioned off what used to be elementary school classrooms into individual or private studio spaces! They all have their perks, so our rates are the flat rate for single day or full weekend. We have indoor spaces that are 6ft x 6ft, 10ft x 15ft, and in others between. We have outdoor spaces that are 10ft x 10ft. Please let us know about your space preferences when you apply and we will do our best to accommodate. Spaces will be determined on a first come first serve basis.

Can I leave my items overnight if I am tabling both days?

Yes! If you are tabling on both days, you may leave your set up in place overnight. PLEASE NOTE: The building will be locked over night. oUTSKIRT members do have full access to our building 24/7, and while we have built a community on trust and respect, security cannot be guaranteed. Leave items at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

If I am tabling outside, can I leave my items overnight?

We ask that you do not leave your items outside overnight. You may bring them into our building during the break down hour and retrieve them during set up hours the next day.

Is electricity available?

Outlets are available in most of our indoor spaces. If you require power, please let us know in advance. You are responsible for bringing your own extension cords or power strips.
